Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish, can’t fault a thing. Rosie was very knowledgeable and supportive with questions I had in advance; and then on the day, was incredible patient with my very nervous daughter. She gave her the time & space she needed and didn’t make her feel rushed. Thank you Rosie!
